Thank you so much for your amazing customer service. That was such a quick response and I am delighted to be able to get the new pieces and get years more out of my bag. It still looks as good as it did when I got it (nearly 2 years ago) and I use it every day.
I think my bag is delish and I take it everywhere - I even choose my clothes so that they match!!

Both bags have a distinct style, I especially like the chichi. I always use either of my bags when I go out, my friends have told me how great the bags continue to look even after all the daily use.
