ordering from us
these terms apply to all orders placed and an agreement to sell you the product is made on the basis of these terms when we accept your order through this website.
the description of the product, the price, currency, insurance and delivery costs are set out on the order page.
orders are accepted at neesh's discretion but are normally accepted if the product is available, if the order reflects current pricing, you are based in a country to which we are able to sell and your credit or account card is authorised for the transaction.
the price quoted to you at the time we confirm your order will remain valid for 14 days from that time. If the price changes in between that period and the delivery date, we will confirm the new price with you by e-mail before continuing.
we will confirm receipt and acceptance of your order through the automatic screen confirmation of the order.
confirming your order
we will not ask you for any payment until we have made sure that all the products in your shopping basket have been accepted.
we endeavour to offer a high level of security for payments and therefore your payment details are automatically encrypted when you enter them.
you can pay for your order using Visa credit, Visa Delta debit, MasterCard credit, Switch/UK Maestro, Solo debit and Electron debit cards.
all prices include vat as applicable.
returns
it is our policy to ensure that all products supplied to all our customers arrive in perfect condition. should the product not match your requirements on arrival or you change your mind you should inform us by e-mail and we will issue an authorisation code. the item(s) must be returned in perfect condition within 14 days, with all packaging intact. we will refund you in full purchase price excluding the delivery charge.
please inform order@neesh.uk.com with the reason(s) for returning the product.
all promotional items must be returned in full to qualify for the full refund. the value of any items not returned will be deducted from the value refunded.

this policy does not affect your uk statutory rights.
delivery
delivery will be dispatched within 5-7 working days, though we will normally endeavour to dispatch orders next working day, subject to reciept of payment.
please note that because we use carriers to deliver your products, we cannot deliver to PO Box addresses.
uk deliveries are sent 'signed for, next working day'. this is not guaranteed and subject to no postal disruptions.
international shipments, including ireland, are sent by 'international signed for'. customers in this situation are responsible for any local import duties and taxes that may be charged.
When you order online, you will be asked to enter the country of delivery. after this, we will then calculate the delivery charge as appropriate to your destination. International delivery is available worldwide.

claims
we must be informed of any damage to the product within 48 hours of delivery by email to
order@neesh.uk.com quoting your unique order number.
please also contact us on the same address by email, in the event of non-arrival, i.e. non-delivery after 28 days
pricing and offers
from time to time other retailers who sell our product decide to charge a different price to those on our site and to have offers independent to us. we cannot be responsible for this difference.
any discount codes that are applied to purchases at the checkout do not include any sale items or gift vouchers.
